what do you reckon of this speedy

GM Racing V12
On Resistance: .0004 Ohm
Max. Motor Load: No less than 7 turns

Does any one run it in a TC ?? In mod ??

It's still a very good speedo, despite it's age. Only downside is that is a pain to program, but I have always run it on the standard setting anyway.

GM speedos are among the best speedos on the market, you wont be disapointed with it! i have had 3 gm speedos and i have been very pleased with them, the v12 is very good

does it have that same set up feature on the V4 GM ESC as well every time you pug it in you have to program it

No it will hold the program.Just the extra's that it has alot of people dont know about nor need.
Its a great speedo.Goodluck with it.

Hi there

GM speedos are very good, and the old V12 are still very good
The extra programming is quite easy, when You first learn how to do it. Programming for the transmitter is the easiest of all speedos

the SX12 is probably one of the best GM speedies around. If you have the GM commander charger you can use it to program the ESC. That is the feature I love most about the SX12. It is more updated the V12. Check it out. Everything that I have bought that is GM is top notch equipment except the battery case (not there faught) because it is just a re-badge of some elses design. But if you buy a GM Speedie it will give you what you crave. I have used the Quatum Comp2 for awhile and I love it but the SX12 has a better programing for stock and 19t which is what I run most. Now for the MOD motors the GM has a very high continuious amp rate.

I had one of the first model of V12 and loved it...definately recommend them.

Programming is piece of cake, even I understand whats going on
