first time user of 1/10th scale electric car
Hello there,
Just completed a r/c subara 1/10 scale from parts ordered over the post. Took it for its first spin tonight. worked fine except when it goes in reverse, a loud crunching sound of sounds like gears, and car only goes very slowly in reverse, fine in forward. What could be my problem?

Can you tell exactly the manufacturer and model please?
You might check gear mesh to see that its not too tight or too loose both could cause noise.
Check you owners manual and/or instructions too.
Things to tell us like what type of speed control, motor etc would be good too.
