Is This A good ESC?

I am looking at getting a LRP SPX Competition For My 21.5 Motor. This ESC will also be used for 17.5 at a later stage. And is it compatible with Spektrum transmitters?

the spx doesnt have boost and turbo settings like a hobbywing so for 17.5 it will be a bit slow.
