Default re-building tc3 suspension

i need to re-build the shocks on my tc3 bad!!!
i run my car in weather that is anywhere from 30-80 degress F
so what weight oil sould i get?
-i also would like to upgrade springs but i need to know what a good springs are for a smooth to semi bumpy surface would be? i see alot of people running a blue spring in front and a silver in back but i was not sure?

Associated's Factory Team threaded shocks seem to be very popular. I'd give those a try. Try 40wt oil and go from there.
