Wish I met you earlier. I just bought a 2nd hand batman. The guy was nice and all, but the price, was pretty darn close to the original.

Just thought I'd make a public mention of the Superb Customer Service I have just recieved from Erik (Mr Spintec).
Had a problem with my Batman, contacted him, discussed it and within the week i had a new one in my hand. Terrific!
I think this product is a marvelous invention that really does make a difference to your cells so I'm so glad I have one to use again.
Thankyou Erik, a lot of other larger companies could learn a lot about customer care from you and your team at Spintec! I will of course continue to promote the Batman to my fellow racers as well as look forward to The ICC when it arrives

Thanks Again

Paul

I cycle some of my packs from I.R. 60+ to approx. 26. Just wonder is it really help? It took approx me 2 to 3 hrs to cycle a pack.

Will the records/data, i.e., cycle no# be erase in the unit?

Did anyone notice the IR of their batteries decreasing while their packs were being charged (after using the batman a number of times with their packs)? (I realize the discharge #s are what is important, but I was just wondering if anyone got better charging IR #s)

Is it ok to leave the battery plugged into the batman for extended periods?

It is better to disconnect the pack immediatly after the BatMan finish the process (when you get all the numbers) ... if you keep the pack connected you risck to overdisharge and eventually reverse some cells.

P.S: BatMan does have a reverse protection only when the pack is disharged ... but while it display the numbers it sucks some little amps without any protection till you don't disconnect the pack manualy.

This and other issues are known by Erick ... but there is still not a new firmware update for improvements.

i did notice this, a pack left on the longer tends to have a lower voltage than 1 which was disconnected right after the cycle.

I can't really tell if it has improved my packs since I started using my Spintec when I got my latest batch of cells (GP3700's) but they certainly have stayed consistant. They feel very punchy and runtime has barley decreased.

I also let My friend try My Spintec and he said it really helped his IB's. Mainly IR improvements.

I only really take note of the IR numbers during discharge. The IR of my GP3700's have stayed very low since using the Batman.
