Default MRC 959 charger false peaking

My son's MRC 959 peak charger is always false peaking. Has anyone else had this problem, are there any known fixes for this problem. Any info would be helpful, thanks.

(please excuse the extra post, but I accidently wrote 859, and could not change it in the other thread title, sorry.)

Mine has had false peak issues if I don't have a fan on it. But mainly it does it on packs that haven't been cycled properly, I've found I've had to adjust the peak level on most of them to get it to peak right.
