Questions?? TT-01 and body mount locations????

Does a TT-01 D have different body mount locations than say a TT-01 E or are all the TT-01's the same in regards to body mount locations??? About to get a body that is drilled for TT01 E and I have friends that are selling D's locally. Thanks.

Hi. TT-01 E and D have same body mounts however there are two positions on the front mounts. One is on the shock tower and the other
on the front Bumper plate. If you want to use a low type body like the Honda
NSX or Honda HSV-010 you have to place the front mounts in the front
bumper. Regards

Now does the body mount location stay the same for the rest of the Tamiya models such as the Ta05 and tb03 or are they different?

If you have plans to use front carbon damper stay, its good to have holes base on front bumper, because there is no chance to mount body post on the carbon damper.

when using the rear wing, the hole on the rear is difficult to be placed on the bumper, the only way is to install a post body on carbon damper stay. but when combined with the rear camber set, body posts will collide with it.
