Default 19T Foam Racing

I am thinking about racing in this class...I went to the Snowbird Nationals last year and they had this class...Is this a ROAR class or is this made up by the host of the race...I also have tire questions...What are the sizes of these tires used...24, 26, or 28mm...If you race this class or know somebody who does...Then what brand, shore(color), and width do you use for asphalt or carpet...I know this was a previous thread "foam vs. rubber" but I never thought using foam until now...Thanks...
