Sorex Tire Chosen For 2002 Roar On Road Nats
Hot off the press, looks like the spec tire for the 2002 ROAR PAVED ON-ROAD NATIONALS at MHOR R/C Raceway - Aurora, CO is the Sorex 36R Belted Tires - Part #CO-36R &Sorex Type A Firm Thick insert - Part #MA24F, here is their web site: http://www.MHORRC.com

Looks like I'll be buying some new tires to practice with. I wish they had chosen Take Offs, they seem to work real well there.

when is the NATs?
#5
HPI greens, and if the grip and heat comes right up try blues.
#7
try yok, med or firm typeinserts, also the hpi red....we use these tires here...they are great...

Spec tires aren't a bad idea, but specifying the tire, rim, and insert really would be a LOT better way to go.
Or foams, of course.
