lipo 2s saddle pack
Is it possable to take a 2s 7.4v saddle pack and run the packs individually as a 1s 3.7v. So only to have one pack on the car at a time?
Im looking to put this on a carpet car, something for in the basement, dont need much power. Also, if so, where can I find an ESC with a low voltage shut-off for it? Most I see are only for 2s-3s or 2s-4s. Thank you |

The cars are the bloink/rj speed legends. They currently run a 4 cell nimh battery. I want to go lipo with them, but space is limited and I dont want them to be outta control for myself and my 11 year old.
Who makes the ESC with a voltage shutoff that can be programed to 3v? |
Since you are likely looking for an economical solution, I'd suggest the Novak Havoc 1s ESC. It is setup for 1 cell use only and nothing else will be needed. As for the saddle packs, yes you can use them as 2 separate 1s batteries but look through the classifieds and you can find the true 1s 12th scale packs for very little as well.
