Thanks Mike. Your standard carpet setup
With minor changes to suit my driving
Has worked well. Pit tires work the best
For me but you must not over sause the
Fronts. I usually start by only saucing 1/4
On the fronts and full on the rear.

Sounds like diffing out in the rear (1 tire unloads and then the diff spins). Need to get softer on the side to side action on the rear pod. Softer side springs, lighter side dampener oil, sauce rears only. If you must, try removing the side springs completely. I'll say it again- Pit 72hard rears!

I have't run myn F1R but I had that issue in my F109, give the side springs a few turns, and some more rear shock. Really helped on 109.

Edit. Just read miker's post. Disregard everything I said.

Last year I would have done the same. This year testing has shown opposite results for the F1R Must be the tires.

I've been running the F1R for a few weeks now, car is awesome! We run on Tamiya tires on carpet and I've ventured away from the stock setup and the car responds really well to changes!

Still waiting on post office to bring my rear pod. No show today, hopefully tomorrow have a body and the PS572 tires coming with it. Also ordered left side wheel counterweight and some other bits from BP today. Have some Mclaren/Marlboro decals all ready for the Exotek. Original I am not.
