I run the F1R with a F104 motor pod, But i have found best results using F103 rear tires (foam)
I think that using the F103 motor pod would enable me to use more of the rear tire?

so question is , can I replace parts of the motor pod with F103 parts using the same F1R parts?

Thanks!
/Johnny

As long as you have a place to mount the side to side damper mount, you are fine. The only thing different between the pod sides is the axle height adjuster location.

So why is the F1r conversion out of stock and discontinued? I would like to upgrade my pro without buying a new car (v2).

Check with Exotek. Mike R is good about responding to inquiries.

Whats a good battery for the f1r? I need to start buying stuff for this upcoming fall season. We are running 21.5. I was using the track power shorty, not sure what kind of condition it's in now, but it seemed to work just fine last season.

I'm going to give the 4600MaH 2s shorties that F1Paintlab has a try.

Does anyone know of an editable setup sheet for the F1R?

Thanks!

Can someone give me a part number for the spacers used on the servo horn shown here:

I also need the part numbers for the aluminum side spring holders, and a better side damper. Thanks!

Hi,

Just use the 104v2 sheet. F1R came out first but surprisingly the 104v2 has the same set up features

Thanks Mac for the other part numbers.

For the spacers just stack normal 3mm hinge spacers.

Currently I'm just using a 4mm long 3mm spacer.

3racing makes them.

Oh THAT spacer...
missed that completely.

I had to use varying spacers to get the steerings links even on my F1R with these:
