Hi All!

I forgot to mention- F1R finished 1st(T) and 3rd at round 2 of UF1 Winter series! We'll be testing some new wheels for round 3.

Also, F1R's and F1ultra's will be back in stock this weekend.

Best,

M

You're right. The V2 came out after the F1R update for the original F104.

So, increasing rear droop will give more traction to the front? I guess that makes sense. I will figure out what all my droop settings are once I get to the track tonight/tomorrow/sunday.

Yes, increasing the rear droop allows more weight to shift forward under deceleration and thus increases steering. On the FGX it is common for people to run up to 10mm of rear droop just to get the car to turn.

Front ride height, measured main chassis under arms is 5.5, droop is .5. Rear right height right before rear pod is 4, droop is 4.5-5. Servo is in the upright position so bump steer is there. Changes?

With the HPI soft tires all around I currently have 2mm of droop in the rear and plan ton increase that. I'm not sure by how much yet.

What should my ride height and droop be front and rear for a high traction carpet surface, on rubber tires?
