Any one know how to set up this speedo?

Do you mean the radio setup (rx/tx) or tuning it?

Also you can post (in english) your question on GM's own site.
They have a forum also.
It's mainly german, but if you post in english they'll answer it in english.

It's pretty straight forward programming,
just in matrix mode;) Started with the table get the hang of it after a while. Great ESC!
