Legends Racing

I'm looking for some information about Legends Racing. What are the basic rules that are in place? (Motor type, Tires, ESC). I know that Rj Speed rules list using 48 pitch 81 spur and 21/22 pinion is that a combination what works for on road racing?

Yes that works for both oval and road course.
