I have this T2 009 with LRP X12 4,0 Brushless. I just want to have fun and run the car at a big open space car park. The weather temperature should be around 32 celsius. What type of tire would you recommend? hard or soft??? again, thanks

A harder tire is going to last longer and still usually have decent grip in a parking lot.
A 4.0T motor is going to punish the tires pretty hard, so I would lean toward a harder tire just so you can get more than a day or two of playing out of a set of tires.
Try the Sweep OG Spec, decent grip and long wear.
