No, that's an interesting "hybrid".....

It appears to be a shorty with a black case ( the other CRC batteries are red?). It has the sticker from the full size 5600 rocket pack, but notice that the sticker is folded down at the 5 in 65c? It looks like that is the end of the pack. I.e. a shorty batter with the label from a full size 1s....

Does n't look tall enough to be one of those (I have thought of using them in the past but the packs are too high for the regulations here).

I had a chance to meet and talk with Frank this last week at the IIC race. I wanted to let you CRC faithfull know that you made a great choice running CRC. Frank's heart is in his products always moving forward, constantly testing to improve his products. He has a great group of drivers pushing cars to the limits and bringing new ideas to the team. Good luck going forward hope to see you at Timezone next month.

This is a pre production pack. I had my car out for a split second and nash snagged a picture of it.... Just a short black case. Production ones will be red.

Actually, I saw this car in action at the IIC. Was very fast, I wasn't keeping up. Also...it accepts standard 1s lipos AS WELL AS the shorty that was mentioned.

In fact, you can run the standard lipo as the normal saddle config, or inline OR use the shorty and have even more weight configuration options.

Where do the electronics go if you run a standard pack inline? Doesn't look like there would be enough room in front of the pack or on the sides between the pack and the links.

I'll see if I can get a pic up for ya to show you. I personally don't have one....YET (currently only have 2 Gen-XL's), but I do know where one is that is VERY well laid out.
