that is wayyyy to high for any battery, you shouldn't need to be any higher than .03 maybe .04.I use .02 and my batteries come out at 130 degrees. You've got something else wrong.
this worked on my old IB3300 and IB3600s...
try to fully discharge to 0V each cell then do a slow charge @ 1A only, 06 delta, LLO 15mins...then discharge @ 20A then tray to 0v....3 cycles at least and when your done with cycling ur bats, do the Nexus Racing's method of charging either linear or ctx. It should give you better numbers now...

06 on the Cell Master is 0.006V, NOT 0.06V. The delta peak settings are different on the CM due to the super linear current. For more info on this, you can go here: http://nexusracing.net/newsdesk_info.php?newsdesk_id=29

How old are your packs (how many cycles, how long have they been stored, etc.)?
hI qUICK qUESTION.. if i charge at constant 6Amps for IB 3600's what delta peak value do i use? 03, 04, 05 ? thanks.....
05 (0.005V) is a good starting place. You can increase it based on ambient conditions (cooler ambient temperature => higher delta peak setting). Also be sure to set the long lockout for about 15 minutes when using a standard linear charge.
Set your temp cutoff at 48-49 (~118-120F). After charge, the battery's temperature will increase...so 48-49 is a good temp cutoff setting.
I have noticed the discharging capacity does not match with the discharging current times elapsed time.
For instance,I have 2.4A constant discharging current , but I only get about 2.2mah after 60 minutes.
Moreover,I have noticed the elapsed time is not accurate.I have about 4 minutes errors in 60 minutes .I forgot it is faster or slower.
Do you guys have this kind of problems?
Who can explaine this?
