Today I tried the following setup on a very old GP3300 (very hot day)
7A 2500
0.2A 2530
4A 4000

The charge was stopped and the message was Zero Cut.

Any ideas why? What that mesage really means (I've read the manual but why the voltage stayed for 7 seconds the same?) What is the meaning of that?

I didn't try it again, used linear 5A for the rest of my batteries since I wanted to find a steup on my car.

Next Saturday I'll try the charger setup again


One more thing.
Suddenly when I was charging the display characters were dissappeared! The blue was there, the charger was working but no charcters! I lifted the charger and put it over a box, removed the plugs from the ps and put them back and it worked again. Is everything ok? I guess today's heat was too much!

What delta peak did you set at? If it is 0mV, that is the zero cut I believe.

My first reply at this forum..

Nick..

If you select 0mV, your CM message Zero peak.

But If you select 15mV, I think that CM tell you Peak cut.

When you chrage by using CTX mode,

working Long-lock-out till the second step(2/3).

Long-lock-out means no stop(cut off) by peak detecting.

When start the third step,

CM detects your batteries` delta peak that you set up.

I think, you set zero peak(0mV),

or you stored 15mV at peak charge mode.

Each charge mode has each set-ups.

If you use 0V discharger likes Zero-v discharger by Muchmore,

You have to set Long-lock-out

about 20minutes in peak charge mode

When you push the start button in peak charge mode,

you push the button during 3 seconds!

Then your CM display Key-icon instead of 15mV.

Key icon means Long-lock-out is functioning.

I hope my coach ryan tell you more things about Cell Master.

The 3rd step is probably way too rough for the IB3600s.

I'd increase the 4200mA cap to around 5000mA @4A (to prevent the capacity cut off). Drop the Temp cut off to 47~49 and Delta peak to 04~05.
