I finally got yesterday and my power supply and sterted doing some charges
I charged 1 battery with CTX (conservative though 6 for 1500MAh - 5.5 for 500 - 5 for the rest). Then discharge the battery.
I got 2904 capacity and 59 IR Are they good? What numbers should be considered good?
I disharge another battery charged with Pulsar 2 at 5A ans got 3004Mah but no IR!! Why is that?
Something that is annoying is the sound of the fans when charge/disharge starts! Is it possible the fans to operate only when needed and not all the time. They make a lot of noice!!

your numbers look ok but i suspect your pack is quite used already? i can get 3300 from very new packs, about 40-50 IR.
you should tray them before charge/discharge also.
i can only say, yes i have also experienced that before. got a --- for IR.
I'm not sure why or how, but i do get the IR after another discharge with the same pack.
Ryan:
To check the IR of a pack or cell, is it necessary to discharge it all the way from full charge? I sometimes discharge a half empty( or half full ) pack for 300-600mAh and i also get the IR reading. Is it as accurate or the same as when discharged from full charge?
If you discharge battery under hot(over 27degrees C) ambient, CM may stop discharging because inside's temperature is too hot.
In that case, IR cannot be shown.
I recommend to move CM to cooler place when you test(cycle) barrery packs.
When you want to get IR value, reference is very important.
Always discharge your packs from fully charged, with same charing and disch rate.

Ryan, is the delta peak setting in the Cell Master for a single cell or the whole pack, eg if I set it at 3mV, does it actually cutoff at 3mV or 18mv (for a 6 cell pack)?
If it is for a single cell, can I presume it will be affected by the no. of cells setting.
I find it very confusing as the instruction manual did not explain it clearly. As I used to set the delta peak in by CDC at 3mv per cell (18mv per pack), the dilema is I'm not sure if 3mv setting in the Cell Master will correctly charge my cell (if the setting is actually for the whole pack)
On the otherhand, I'm afraid I'll overcharge my battery if I assume the setting is for the whole pack (ie set it at 18mv) but turns out to be for a single cell (which the cutoff will then be 18mv x 6cell and I'll definitely overcharge by pack)
I just got my batch of MM, CM and 20amp Power supply .. very nice gear!!!
I also got a batt cooling fan ... but the shop shipped me the fan with aligator clips and not the small clip for the left side of CM.. do u guys distribute them seperately as spares? Let me know i can get it off my local supplier in Australia..
My main question ... is do i put the fan on over the batts as it is charging?? Cos it'll keep the batts cool .. that's my thinking but i may be wrong .. so please let me know to use a fan on the batts while charging or not .. thank you =)
3mV from CM means whole pack.
CM shows the voltage as 9.XXX, 3mV meand 0.003V
so you can check if CM can terminate at your set value(delta peak value).
Watch voltage display when arrow(near by voltage display) indicates downside. You'll be suprised how CM can terminate the charging exactly. Please try.
FYI, CDC charges the battery pack 55seconds then rest 5 sec.
If u see the battery voltage, it goes up and down, goes up and down, repeatedly, I can't tell this way is good or not, but you can imagine.
CDC's 3mV =CM's 18mV

Receiver's connector also fit.
you can replace, but pls make sure the polarity.
I recommend the fan blows battery indirectly.
I mean place your battery under the fan stand if it blows upside.
I hope you could understand what I mean.
Because if fan blows battery pack directly, negative delta peak may be much delayed-it cause overcharging.
I saw the case it charges all day without nega.delta peak!
And set "Fan start temp" around 40~45 which works fine and not hurt your battery packs.
