You better pick up the pace this year Goetz. Your Monokote ride is up at the end of the year!

Hi all, the race is getting closer and this is the first time i partecipate and i have some doubts and some questions to ask:
is it possible to use more than one type of tyres?
which are the best?
are they marked?
is there a limit about quantity?
are they sold on the track or i should provide before the race day?

We put a cap of 80 people. That number of people would have fit all in the main area and along the front windows

With the few additional entries that we accepted, pitting will overflow into the tire truing area.

Remember...

Each pit spot is 30" x 36", it's for 1 person and all of your cars/pit supplies.

We cannot have people taking up more then the given area or we won't have enough pit spots.

Also...

We will have a soldering station and a few set up boards in the back room for you guys to use. That should help with pit space so everyone doesn't need an area to set up tweek boards and soldering irons. Please try to set up your pits accordingly

See everyone next week!

BUT...

If you are not on the list...you are not racing. We have no room to put any "drop-ins".

Sorry.

Yes, you can use more than one type of tires. For TC, you can use Sweep QTS-32 "True Blue", Jaco Blues, or Solaris Mediums. We may have some at the race (since John from AB Charles Hobby Shop) will be there. But, to be safe, bring your own tires. As to the "best", everyone has their personal favorite of the three tires listed.

They will most likely tech tires like the last two years. Usually, we limit you to three sets for racing. You can use as many as you like in practice.

Looks like you don't even need to bring a car to have a good time.

Is the racing just something to do in between "rounds"???.......
