Any ROAR approved Blinky mode ESC as of Oct 29, 2011 is acceptable.
So to be 100% clear, orcas are roar banned thru 11/1, so they will not be legal correct?

Reading the orca thread it sounds like after the ban they still have to resubmit for approval, they won't be approved as of 11/1.

I will double check the date but if they are banned then they will not be on the approved Blinky list, the 13.5 and mod classes do not require an 'approved' ESC so While I need to confer with the other race mngmnt they should be allowed in those classes
