Default RC in Shanghai

I am heading to Shanghai in the next 2 weeks - like to check out the RC scene there.

Anyone can recommend any shops/

RCI is one place to go check out (that's Ricks place), which is near to the Hongqiao airport on the west of Shanghai. Always good grip (sometimes mega!) and I hear the track layout now is a little easier, and the facility is really good. Can be a little hard to find for a first timer, as it's in a workyard, but worth a visit.

Other place to visit is TRS/Junti, which is on east Tong Xin road, near the Hongkou stadium, more north east. Much larger outdoor track (8th gas), can be a bit variable on grip levels due to this, but usually a fair few people head there for practise on the weekend. And there's a good few shops in the area as well.

Actually you just missed a big race here by a few weeks, the Hobbywing Cup. 130odd drivers from all over China, pretty damm good event.

Drop me a pm if you want any more info, I'm living out here, so know the area reasonably well
