I'm all for cutting that wart off the left side of the chassis, using only the inner servo mount and tape or shoe goo to hold the servo in place. We did it on our Yokomo's, kept that nub from dragging through the sweepers...

Any thoughts??

Check your top deck as it looks like you have put it on upside down, the cut outs near the spur gear should be facing down over the bearings.

Default Xray 2012 build

Just finished 10+ hours but it's ready to race now. Balanced to perfection...

I agree, hahahahahah. Anyhow just need the Shocks and Finished, here is what i did today. This KIT ROCKS. Love how the build went, the only bump on the road was the servo saver set-up, but after reading thru here i got it done in seconds.

How do you get your tires to look like that? I have searched/read almost every tire sanding thread out there and all I can end up with is a tire with grooves/scratches in it and I can still see the seam! I am using fine grit paper too!
