I have two of these radios, and love them. They have excellent rage (basically if you can see the car you can control it), good adjustability, and once you figure out how to use the auxiliary controls on top, the radio is very versatile.

Unfortunately the manual is very poorly written, and often completely wrong about how to do things like reverse the servo travel, etc. That can be worse than having no manual at all. It took me quite a lot of fiddling to figure out what the correct steps were.

With a decent manual, this would be an excellent radio; and at the $35 price HobbyPartz charges, it's a terrific value. But with the present manual (on the little CD that comes with it, also can be downloaded from FlySky website), it is difficult or impossible to make it work with most R/C cars.

Just hope they fixed the expo problem before they sent mine.

The expo will work on one side to make the action more/less sensitive, the problem is that on the other side it does the opposite.

Hi, i really want to buy the FlySky FS-GT3B transmitter and 8 receivers, unfortunately Hobbypartz does not ship to my country (Oman),
i have a US adress which is a fright forwarder i usually use it when i shop for similar websites. sad to say i cant even use the US adress in this case because Oman is not listed in the country list in the billing adress as well.
so that mean im completely unable to purchase any products from Hobbypartz because of the shipping and billing details dont include Oman in them.

I checked with the local R/C community and they also confirmed that they are all not able to purchase anything from Hobbypartz. im hoping there is a solution to this problem

anyone please advise me on the best way to deal with this issue, your input will be greatly appreciated

The official thread (and help) is here. "Page 200" (with default settings) is where the summary of a lot of the thread is to be found.

The thread specifically to deal with getting custom firmware (which will fix the expo problem and do much more) is here.

See if OverkillRC will do it for you. LosiKid (the owner) will also ship a modified version which already has the custom firmware fix on it.
