Default newbie needs help plz

so my nitro car messed up and i couldnt get it to start so i started looking at electric cars because i love how easy it is to just plug in go with my summit.. well went to the local flea market and noticed this guy had some rc stuff and i saw a unopened box in his trunk... me being nosiy i checked it out and found it to be a traxxas 4tec model 4310 bnib unopened... since my 2 summit have been good to me i asked him about it and ended up tradeing him my messed up hpi rs4 3 with a few extra parts for it... i think i got a good deal i only had $150 in nitro car... but the bad thing is its slow like 15mph tops lol.... i was looking to do the traxxas vxl 3s system then i thought about the viper rc system.... can you guys help me out on what you think a good motor esc setup for this car would be to put me in the 35-50 mph range.... thanks
