Does anyone by chance know the tamiya paint color codes for the yello/black 956?

Thanks!

Perhaps you can check it out in the manual on the internet.

I tried looking for the manual and I could not find it i tried tower and tamiyausa and I am not sure where to find it. There are a list of manuals on the tamiya website but not one for TAM58521.

Do you have a link? I would really appreciate it.

I have the chassis on order and want to get a head start on the body supplies.

Thanks.

With a quick look i've noticed that the asso 5.2 front end also fits the RM-01 carbon chassis plate. Will be trying this one out, just to see how it works on that chassis

Are you sure about that ?

I know it can be done, but you also need to countersink a few holes to do it, at least with the chassis I have
But not bolt on ?

I'm not 100% sure of it but i've checked the holes on the RM-01 chassis and at first side they look to have the same space between them as the lower bulkheads of the 12R5.2.
I haven't tried it but i will be trying this thing out when i have beentesting the 12R5.2 first.
And when i do i will keep you guys informed about it.

Thank God that some of you guys are finally selling spare wheel hubs as they were like hens teeth a few months back.

I have just put an 8.5T motor in my RM-01 and it now goes like stink around the track. Does anyone know how good and accurate the Turnigy Multi-Function R/C Car Speed Meter is as I would love to know how fast it is going.

Ordered my rm01x last week. Hopefully, it will be here soon. What rims can I use with the rm01x, are they the same as the rm01 rims from tamiya? Do they only have to be tamiya rims?

You can also use regular 1/12th scale tires/wheels, i'm using Jaco 1/12th wheels but there are others that can be used on this chassis.
It's as simple as you don't mount the wheel hubs, the 3 screws that you need for the wheel hubs you will be needing them for mounting the 1/12th wheels.
They are also available in more compounds for a better tire tuning compared to the griplevels of the track.

My RM01X just showed up! The chassis is drilled and counter-sunk for the R5 front end, but the new brace doesn't work. I will have to check the original brace for fit.

Here you go! The hole arm off-set as seen in the picture is not indicative of the actual spacing. The unmounted side flopped around.
