Default HMX M1

I've been running the HMX M1 for two weeks now (17.5 carpet) and just wanted to report that the car is awesome. I don't have the corally gear diffs yet but using the spec R front and rear. The build was really nice, great fit and finish on the parts. I did have to use a shorter cvd in the rear to make the spec r work. I've gone to a stiffer 19lb spring in the front and 45f 40r shock oils, 500k front and 1k rear in the diffs and the car is pretty dialed. I've just been making minor camber adjustments from there. Aluminum shock towers have not been a problem at all and they look great. I have some sway bars on order and I think that will really tie it all together. Anyway, I hope to see some others getting on board with the car and posting setup info.

I did not own the previous car but my understanding is that the rear bulkhead and motor mount have been changed a bit as well as the shock towers now allow more shock angle.

I know Brad had a race this past weekend and then the Halloween race this weekend, so I bet once things settle down some he'll have a really good setup for the HMX!

Aw, come on now Rick, you don't need any setup. Just give it to Greg, and everything should be ok.

Nope, but they are still saying November on the website.

Last month the changed the due date (forward a month), at the start of the month.

I'm still hoping for Xmas pressy!

Perhaps they were hoping to cash up a bit so they could finance development with the revenue, which I think didn't happen.

Too bad, another good product with zilch company support destined for the "what if" history bin.

Do you have any support over there in Kiwiland for it? In Oz Corally is non existent. I think their website still advertises the PHI09 or something.

Nope, my mistake. Just checked. There is no longer an australian Corally website.
