Two classes of WGT (blinky and ramped) would be welcome here...

Fly into Portland, OR (PDX) which is right on the Columbia River (which is the border between Oregon/Washington).

Track is in La Center, WA about 20-25 miles from the airport. Closest hotels are about 10-15 miles from track. Hotel rates should be really great in mid-November.

Track owner, Mark Day (MAD916), can give specifics.

And the Hooligans (locals) are great people!

Still bill is right on the money.

Mark can usually get discounted rates at some of the local hotels too. I’m sure he will post some up here shortly.

There are a lot of locals that have to pass the airport on their way so if you needed a ride there is a good chance you can find one.

Dang nab it! I just converted my non-ramping 13.5 WGT to ramping last night.

Now I need to change it back.

Totally wimpy stuff you pesky Hooligans! Or, is the class that way because I am coming? LOL

Mark,

Please define "Spec Lilac Compound Tire"; so, I (we) get it right.

Simply,

1) Are the discontinued Jaco WGT carbon fiber wheel sets considered legal?

2) If Jaco makes their new WGT spec tires available, will they be legal?

Thanks.

Going spec 13.5 on the wgt class will make it very competitive. You will need to have your act polished and perfect. With as many that will be in the building that weekend, traction will soar & wgt's will get tippy. Good call Mark!

And there is typically a weekly race on Thursday nights for those that arrive early.

Morning Guys: Bill sorry we want to dump all us WGT guys into one huge class that will feel pretty sporty as soon as we put more than one car on the track at a time... shoot 11.0 down at IIC is not a slow car.

I would think we would allow the Lilac spec tire from Jaco if available, and also I unfortunately have a whole gaggle of the Jaco WGT rears on the carbon rims in the case....

Thursday the 10th will be our normal Thursday night Club race and there is free entry to any TZGP Racers..... more track time

That's great to hear Janet.... got Drew, and Paul, going to be back at another race but got confirmation from Kevin Hebert and the AE guys, Top Racing EJ, and the gang, looking like Brian Wynn and Max, plus the other CRC Gang, and others, plus our great group of NW Fast Guys......it should be another Big Show in the NW.

Stay Tuned for a nice teaser on this year’s awards...
