Its somebodys TC3. Look at the diff cases and lower arms. I wonder how high the roll center had to be changed to make that. All that work for a cool looking turd. What a waste.

If i remember correctly it is a model from Japan, a company called Academy R/C. Had a customer in the navy bring one by for me to check out.

the downsides are the shaft are high up above the batts and the axles seem not horizontal. It is an interesting concept. :)

Everyone, who's trying to breaking the boring wave of equally looking shaft cars, aint wasting their time :D If noone have the courage to try something new, we all end up driving the same car. So boring !

The center shaft has to be lifted up to give space for the battery and also the same for the front and rear diff.

Will this causes the overall CG also become higher?

the CG of this car will be too high, it might work for an off road buggy, but for a touring car i doubt it's centre battery positioning out weighs the downside of high CG.
Look at KX-One, battery is mounted above the belt, not good either
