Long story short, I was missing three items from my order. After many emails, I received a refund for one item and was promised delivery of the other two. When the package arrived only one item was shipped leaving me short and unrefunded for one item. Now the e mails are returned undeliverable and their listed phone numbers are not answered or working. I have been forced to open a PayPal dispute to attempt to get my refund on the remaining parts.

BUYER BEWARE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER AT ALL.

Agree. He charges for flat rate box and ships in flat rate envelope. Then, if the stuff is lost in transit, it's YOUR problem.

I hate that we have all had bad experiences but it is nice to see that you guys are adding your comments so others stay clear of this seller.

As a side note, I have been extremely pleased with rc Mart. Even the parts from Hong Kong show up quickly. I definitely recommend RC Mart.

I hope you continue to have good luck. I got my first shipment quickly, but it wasn't all there. There wasn't an explanation as to why I was missing parts, they just were not sent. That's when all of the problems started. I can't even get them to answer my e mails now. Trust me, I have sent multiple e mails and made many attempts for this to be straightened out. I didn't want to jump the gun on posting this, but it has gone too far and I wanted to put out a warning to other people.

Not going to argue with you on that one. HKS was one of the few US stores that carry the parts I need so I was trying to support an American business. Guess I should have ordered directly from Hong Kong to start with. Lesson learned.

Caveat Emptor - I placed an order with them a few days ago which hasn't shipped, I called several times only to be greeted with a number that just rings and rings with no answer. The sad part about it is that they are in somewhat local to me. Stay away!!!!

I have ordered from HKS three times and two of those times was a bad experience. Either parts show in stock then get back ordered, or parts were sent but not what I ordered.

This was about a year and a half ago.
Never again!

Tqrcracing also in socal have been perfect. Probably have 40 orders with them. Every time has been packed well, no mistakes and fast!
