Can I try Toe-In now ?
Are you using a servo saver? If so, check the spring tensions, and that it doesn't go slack under load. Also make sure your using a decent servo. First things to look at there.

What is the rest of your setup?

Are you using the side pods? I had the same problem when I ran the electronics in-line. When I went back to the side pods, my low and high speed steering came back.

Well, I have Savox 1251MG
Servo saver is a Kimbrough 201 that worked perfectly in my Xray T4.
About pods... no... I have removed them some weeks ago when I went shorty packs...
