Default Homemade Motor Dyno

Has anyone tried making there own motor dyno? I was thinking of trying but did not know if it was worth the time.

I've been interested in the idea but have not given myself the time to make it.

But... I've done some research and:
Performance Trends have some software,.
Here are calculations
Here are instruction for building a Inertia dyno.
Here is article descriping how to dyno a cart engine, lots of info.

It's not exactly what you asked, but I hope this helps.

I have done a few it's not that big of a deal.They are a little crude but are very helpful I built them for gas cars but they will work on the elect.ones too I did a pretty big post with pictures in the nitro forums so try to find it there and if you can't then e mail me and I'm sure I can dig something up
