Sorry I bought it quite awhile ago for the bottom of the car used it once and tore the heck out of it. Later I realised what it was for.
Associated has it also maybe if Madjack sees this he might have a part #
The double sided tape would have to be super thin plus add drag and it is a touch tight getting sxs packs in.
The ugly way to do it also would be elec tape or similar on the battery bars.

The liquid electric tape work but I think it'll rub off in time.

are you guys having problems fitting the packs into the car?
sorry but i havent been online in a while, but i never had problems with fitting the packs in, in fact i had so much room left over in the tray that when i used to tape my batteries in i could slide the pack forward or backward slightly to adjust the weight bias.
i used leftover proline stickers (the ones that used to come with the jaco foam tires, and are the perfect size to line the walls of the battery tray) and still had lots of room left over.
so i guess i would have to ask what brand of battery bars you are using?
i use the deans pro 2 bars on all of my packs, because they sit tight against the cells.

so do you just go to the local track when they are having a TCS event or do you travel from city to city?

I wish I had the budget to do that Mike.
Locally TCS used to be run by Galaxy Hobby their program was ok but it was a very laid back race program. Burien Toyota is the host this year we race TCS about 50 weeks a year Nats and Mothers Day are the only breaks! They have a full hobby store in the dealership and any Tamiya part you need is generally on the wall.
So far we have had 4 national champs come from the program here the cool part is it's a fun group of people and we take anywhere from 13-23 people down to Nats yearly. The only other out of town contingent that comes in as a group is those S'consin cheeseheads. haha

Are you planning on racing your 04 at RCCAR this season? I got an 04R last year and have been racing it all winter in stock and 540. Cool car. I have mine dialled in now, so I can help you get yours set up if you need it.

Yeah I am planning on attending more races at RCCAR this season. I was looking foreward to running it this weekend, but looks like the race might be postponded due to the weather. I would appreciate any help you can give me on setting up my car.
