That link should work. Both of teh links do for me. When you get to th site make sure to change you're currency to US and the transponders is under the Special Offer section on the left. They selling for like $43 shipped.
Currently they are $104 shipped to the US. I can get 'em at my local hobby shop for $64, but I know theres gotta be better prices online cause everything else they sell is a good 30% (or more) than I can get on line...

$64 is a good deal. IMB recently raised the price. If I remember correctly one of the local shops here was selling them for $50. The going rate is between $70-$80.

I would like to see someone make a PT that has a lCD screen that displays lap count after the race is done. That would be great!

PT are not able recieve a signal as they only send out signal, so would have no tell how many laps.
