Ko calls it the hyper booster, suppose to replace the diode. here is the info:

did I say it does anything to the ESC?... It does somehow imporves the power and gives the motor longer life. and the motor can't run without the ESC providing the current. that's why I said it gives you more punch from the ESC.
It's more like a "hop-up" then something that's required to make the ESC works better. It works fine as it is. just as anyone would buy hop-up for their cars. Even though the car is pretty much race-ready.
It's not there is anything wrong. Any cheap performance enhancer is always good.

Yeah, i said that again last post. Just not good at phrasing.
the point is, it's not a "required" to used with their ESC. Just a little enhancement. So, why not? still, choice is made by the consumer.
