lazy....hopefuly they will be small enough for a 1/12 scale
I'm sure I'll get one as well...but I'll wait until they've been user tested in the real world before I sign on for a set.

And I'll have to convince myself to get rid of away all those XXXtra receivers and module!

It's already being tested in the real world. See the pics from the Roar region 12 regionals. Notice that some of the Losi drivers have stubby antennas on the radios and no visible antennas on the cars

If it doesn't use crystals how does it work with multiple recievers?

Or, how does it distinguish (spell??) one car from another.

There is already a new system being released with a feature like that...you can hook up sensors and get realtime telemetry I think. it is on another thread or forum somewhere

They are offering them to fit the radios with modules. The m8 first, the the mars and helios, futaba and then the r1. The plan on releasing their own radio too. It works on a 79 channel spectrum that searches and finds and open channel and locks into it. If it senses anything on that channel then it can change. It has been tested for over a year by several drives without glitches. If the 80th radio is turned on when 79 others are already in use then the 80th radio will not "synch up" until an open channel is available.. It has a built in fail safe too. If Kinwald has been using it, then I think us normal drivers dont have to worry about response rate and such. The first of the year is the expected release date. This is by far the coolest thing to hit rc in a long time. No more "when are finished with that clip?"

No antenna..... hmmm, it could be the future too, ...... just like handphones

Off topic: don't you get lot's of problematic glitching without antenna ? .... I tried mine before, and it wasn't good experience.
