i got an lrp concept conditioner today, in the instructions it says the cut off is 0.7v and the led will turn off as this voltage is reached, i discharged my cells to 5.4v as usualland put them on it expacting to wait 20-30 mins and to watch all the leds go out. but no, its been on for 2hrs and counting, the leds are just fading non have gone out yet

has anybody had experience with them is this normal, how ling will i have to leave them
