I think your wrong. Andy Moore finished 4th on the 1st round and olly finish 3rd, so if olly won this round he should be the leader of the championship. I think there were a change in the results, read the statement in Redrc.

If you listen to the audio, it explains.
The meeting was called off after 1 final (out of 3 legs) so with BRCA rules, the 2 legs that were not completed are to be the determined from the results of qualifying.
As Andy TQ'd he also ended up with 2 leg wins from the 2 finals that didn't take place. With 2 wins, he got the overall win also.
Those final listings are the overall results of the 3 mains after Qualifying was taken into account to determine the results from all 3 legs.

What a sham!
What is not explained in the video is that at the race itself, the winners of the event were determined using the results from the first main. Everyone was happy and went their own way. Then nearly two weeks later someone decided that the results were calculated incorrectly and the results changed.
