Default Servo Buzzing

It sounds like something is binding and not letting the servo center completely. Mabee the servo arm is hitting something or a linkage further down the line is binding. Check that 1st.

My digital servo only buzzed with my old radio which was a AM radio. Since switching to to PCM with the Futaba 3PK I haven't heard anything from the servo other than the arm moving.

It could be the servo trying to center its self, if you try to forcefully turn the wheels, it will buzz.

Digital servos will buzz. They're constantly trying to center themselves perfectly so the slightest force on them when the car is on will cause them to buzz.
