Default Recommended Tool Bit Set for Mulitple Scales

I run everything from 1/5 to 1/28 scale and have been thinking about getting some decent tools.

I'm looking for two things in particular:
1. A good set of metric bits(hex, screw, socket) for an electric screwdriver.
2. A good set of fixed tools.

For the bit set I've seen a few people recommend the Ofna set shown here:

For hand tools I know there are a ton of choices and not sure where to start. Looking for a blend of good value(ie price) quality and comfort.

Part of me is wondering if the fixed tools are necessary as I could just easily change out from an electric powered screwdriver to a racheted handle for more precise adjustments.

If you have any recommendations on either your advice would be much appreciated. Please qualify your suggestions with the attributes in particular you like about a particular brand or set.

Thanks in advance.
