I don't change the battery. But if I want/need to, I just remove the four top screws and slide it out. It's a lot easier than it looks.

Actually, Serpent does have it's own 100% Serpent only factory based in China.... and no factory and warehouse anymore in holland.....

FRONT WINGS.

Today I realized that the FGX front wing I fitted, doesn't work, when fitted it leans backwards and does nothing but lift the front up enough to make the steering at high speed and corner entry shitte, no setups helped, the factory lexan is the best for it

I'm not sure you can compare this to the slash class anymore.. Its about a grand to set one of these on the track vs $2-300 for a slash. Lets face it on road is about speed. No one wants to run entry level stuff. Thus we alienate all the newbies.

They have it here (says they have 11): http://www.serpentamerica.com/shop/p...9&cat=0&page=1 I wonder when AMain will get them?

What extras would you buy?

The extra's I bought are front suspension parts screws bearings and spring sets so far spent 30 dollars on spares and I think thats all one will need.

As for thousands on F1 cars entry price is still $500, car motor body wing tyres spares,
IF you are kitting your self right out re controller Rx and the likes yes initially towards the grand mark. As for tyres warmers and the like you can get the cheaper stuff that work just as well my tyre warmers are GT POWER with led screen etc and at $40 a steel.
And like any sport the people who want to spend will spend, but that generally doesn't make them faster than you.

I wouldn't recommend putting the pivot balls in with those pliers like that. You're going to scratch them. Put the balls on the table and push to snap the ball into place.

Also, for carbon prep...use this link.

i haven't met any problems so far with the pliers , but you're right you have to be carrefull with this method.

for the F110 i've made a mercedes 2013 body, thanks to f1 paintlab stickers, based on a f2012 body

here's the result
