tcs2 tc5 shock bleeding question
 

I've been reading a bit and I've got confling info on bleeding. When I bleed the shocks as the manual says I get 100% rebound which I've been reading isn't what I want. Can someone recommend a consistant proceedure to bleed these if following the manual proceedure isn't proper? It says to fill the shock body to the top with oil and put the bladder on bleeding off any excess oil. Then putting on the threaded collar. When I do this I get no air but I do get quite a bit of rebound. Constant rebound but more than I think is acceptable.

Vent the caps (drill a tiny ho;e in the plastic) and press the shaft almost all the way to the body before putting the bladder and cap on, that will basically build a dead shock, which is fine in high traction situations. The other option is the same way but don't vent the cap, this will give you some rebound but not nearly as much as your getting now.

I'm running vta si traction isnt the best.
