Default Marc Reinhart smc 50c lipo opinions

How are these lipo performance wise?will be ran with 17.5.ii haven't ran smc in a few years so i am curious how they compare to the Orion 45c lipos

Those are the older packs. I would look at the 6000 60C packs that are being produced right now. You can see them at www.smc-racing.com (direct link http://www.smc-racing.com/products.a...0Li-Po%20Packs ).

While I have not been using the bullet connector style of pack, I have been using the Deans connector pack and it is AWESOME! I use it for 17.5 ramping class and it has not let me down. I have cycled it mercilessly every weekend since the beginning of Carpet Season and will use the same pack for the Reedy!

I ran them in an assortment of 17.5t 10.5t and boosted modified in a large open track and have served me well in over a year and have started to puff a tiny bit. They still have similar performance to new lipos which I have gotten. Haven't ran the 45c orions before.

Charge them run them store them at 6.6-7.5 no more closer to the 6.2-3 it will have a higher milli amp

It seemed for a while that everyone with the deans plug ones were puffing and the guys with the corally plug ones, e.g. marc rheinard edition one were fine.

Im running a pack of these this year, and they are much lighter than the 60C version.

They also compare very well to other lipos i have run from other brands, plenty of punch
