Limiting Front droop is key to getting steering on power...good luck ! There are so many possibilities with the FGX.....

And front droop is not one of them.

3R now has optional 1, 2, 3 degree mounts

Front droop can be adjusted by shimming between the lower suspension arm and the middle E clip of the kingpin... It's hard to see, but it works flawlessly..

I'd like to see a really well setup F103 vs an FGX before I fork out for one yet, because the F103 is still legal here in the UK for the SPC-UK.

And I don't think the FGX will ever be, which gets puts me off getting one.
I don't have good video of it, but at last weeks race, Racer Robert went up against a very well set up F103 (his own) and did very well against it. Its very competitive. It was before the adjustments he made this week. His F103 is stout, we don't like racing against him with it. In fact, we may pay a marshal to break it next time he runs it.

UF1 rep Lightfoot ran his FGX on our indoor carpet track this weekend.

I have to admit, I was impressed with the potential of the car, not as slow as I thought it would be indoors, and outdoors it will be a serious threat once some tuning options are available.

As it is now, the car is made of glass, Charles is one of the smoothest drivers, and he even broke the front end 3 times before the main, there's that and a properly setup, stock 104x stomped it pretty good.

Stock camber plate is 1 degree. I got tired of replacing the broken upper arms so I made a link set up out of dubro parts and turnbuckles from the airplane side of my hobby shop. Now it is sturdy and I can dial in any camber and caster I want.

Droop on my car is 1/2mm up front and 1mm in the back

Not yet but that is the next thing I will be trying. I figure I can just add some shims under the trailing ball end to make the upper arms tilt forward providing reactive caster.
