mini motor shorted out, left track before qualifiers.
I may shuck the stock FGX chassis. Although I thought about the new 104v2 I probably will go with the Exotec conversion, then I should have a pretty strong car. see you at next round.

Well I am pretty sure I just purchased a FGX off this forum, just waiting for PP info. I read all 201 pages on this thing and hope it will help me with my car setup, I will be running on asphalt with pretty good grip(soda sprayed). The car comes with soft fronts and med rears. I am really excited to run this car when it arrives hope it dominates the F104's,Hpi f10's, and F103's that run at my local races.

integy says most of their parts will be back in stock by early August. So I'm assuming the IFS should be out then. But there's no official announcement yet.

Is the IFS going to be an Integy only thing. Kinda confused on the front suspension on this car. I have looked at numerous pictures and I can not see a front spring although 3 racing sells 3 different springs for the front? Thinking of getting one and trying it out although I am completely green when it comes to onroad stuff. Have only raced offroad in the past and tryed dirt oval and loved it. Now I am thinking of trying some road course style carpet of asphault on road racing.

definitely not, although they are ridiculously cheaper than everywhere else.
cheaper -> more demand -> better supply -> their delay from mid Jun all the way to early Aug should means something.

Current design has the front spring under the suspension, tamiya use this style as well, you can't see it in most pictures, especially when it's black.

Just pulled the trigger on a FGX. Team Integy website is selling these for $82.49 plus $10-$12 shipping CONUS. They have some pretty good deals on parts and hopups as well for this car.

Damn...that is less than the contract allows for...they must be getting from another party instead of directly from 3Racing.

Been looking at them closely and I just could not resist that price. Get em while they are cheap guys and gals. Don't know how to get into F1 for any cheaper than that. Now I gotta get some rubbers.

Does the 3 racing F1 FGX come with a ball diff or must you purchase it separately?
