The only change seemed to be to the upper arms. Nothing but the balls on the lowers.

I haven't heard anything new from 3racing. the exotek braces look promising bit are too new to have a lot of user feedback. I haven't seen anything to help the stock top deck. Aftermarket conversions seem to be the only answer for the deck.

Got the Exotek lower braces today and installed them. I'll have to wait to see how much abuse they can take. They fit really well.

I posted on 3 Racing's Facebook wall about the need for them to develop better, stronger and adjustable front arms for the FGX a few days ago and they have not commented at all!

I would suggest getting the Exotek lower braces and giving them a try.

3 Racing still needs to develop and sell an improved set of front suspension arms for the FGX F1 car!! Even the current "update" arms are STILL too weak and break too easily and they offer no caster or camber adjustment. With other aftermarket manufacturers in effect supporting the FGX F1 car with high quality chassis and such, it is time for 3 Racing to develop a good, STRONG, and ADJUSTABLE scale front arm set for the FGX F1 car!!! PLEASE!!!

Above is what I posted a few days ago on the 3 Racing wall on Facebook.
No comment from 3 Racing as of yet.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an answer, although I'm sure they are aware of the issue and are working on it. That said, I sold my FGX and may or may not get another when and if the front end is fixed.

Actually they do have some caster and camber adjustment. They make 1*, 2*, and 3* upper arm mounts for camber and from what I can see caster is achieved by moving the upper arm mount forward or backward using the teeth to lock them in place.

thanks for the responses,i guess i will wait for a LITTLE while to see if 3 racing do something (or not) & then make a descision on whether to upgrade to one of the aftermarket chassis

Well awhile back they did post cad drawings of a push rod front suspension they were working on for the FGX...hopefully that will be more durable Should be pretty cool either way.

+1 FGX has adjustable camber and caster.

With the v2 arms I haven't seen many broken cars as of late. I myself have never broken the front arms even with all the laps I've put in. King pins are another story.

A picture with your post, when trouble shooting, will probably get more rctech help than without...
