This guy is one of those genuine guys that is just having fun! This is is first RC car ever, I helped him earlier in the evening setting the car up and also helped him with his driving. Dude is just halarious here is some of his Pshopped photos:

But to answer your question, yes he was astounded as was I, the car pushed quite a bit more than mine but i was able to drive through it and hold off the 104's until the paragon wore off of their tires and then i checked out!

The photo-shopped pictures are very realistic looking. Even the one with the flying F103.

Now that you say that, I'm sure I do have them all wrong. I'll sort them out tonight. Yeah the funny thing about the saver is that I already had one that was exactly the same as the one I broke but made out of nylon that I didn't find till scrounging through my parts boxes last night. But at least I have a backup now.

Default Expert advice

I am looking for some expert advice. I have two races on my FGX and they both started and ended the same. In practice the car was on rails (before traction came up) and each qualifer and main the rear traction mid corner gets worse ( the rear steps out) to the point that I cannot drive the car. I have lots of turn in. My setup is Front 2*camber, 3* caster, FGX soft spring, 0565 soft tire (carpet full Jack) ( med. asphalt nothing). Rear 1*camber, 2* toe, FGX hard spring w/ 70wt. 1 hole, 0561 soft tire (carpet full Jack) ( med. asphalt nothing), ride hight 5mm, diff 70wt. or 1000 wt. swaybar #5 carpet and #3 asphalt. I am cleaning my tires with Simple green between runs. Thanks

Soften the rear spring and sway bar, go to 2.5 degrees rear camber and reduce the amount of front traction compound. Sounds like your front is biting too much when traction comes up.

Spare parts are always nice. That happens to me a lot. As soon as I buy one I find the one I had.

Wow, that was a hard hit right at the end. 3 laps ahead and the other driver just needed to cross the timing loop. One of those things that make your face go .

Default 21.5 motors

Can I get a list of motors that fit the stock chassis. I have been thru two Novak ballistic motors with bad rotors, an SS and Reedy sonic that does not fit with 35/35 gearing.

If you have gone through that many motors you have something else going on. You may have to move the upper deck post to get clearance but I suggest you look at other causes too.

What are your temps and have you opened the body intake ducts?

use coloured adhesive vinayl on the wings. i have uesd it on various front and rear wings and it holds up good. any sign shop will have offcuts aplenty to colourmatch what you are after. and check out f1paintlab for stickers, brad is the man!!

Hi All, I shipped out the first shipments of FGX chassis and noticed quite a few familiar names. I just want to thank all you guys for the support all these years!

Happy Racing
