Monkeys punk

I have picked up one of these secondhand and was going to try it in my T3 with a 17.5.
What I really wanted to know was if anyone had any experiences with them and how they go, compared to Tekins and Hobbywings (that i run at the moment). I understand the have boost but wasn't sure how they are going to perform on the straights without the turbo function. would usually Gear at 6.5 FDR with Tekin.
Also is there a way to update them at all ?

Fine for non timed stock racing but you will get smashed by the Tekins and Hobbywings. I dont think the V1 has boost btw

trade it in for free for a v2 stock spec...just as fast as a tekin.
