Yeah Andy it does suck now we will have to Go to AJ's or Trackside more often. Word is that a new track might open up in Kenosha, WI. RSJ was a sweet track and very local for some like me but now it will be back to the 1 hour+ drive to any track.....man the miles I will rack up on my poor real car.

Thanks,

Hey guys,

Can somebody post a pic of the diff clearance slots in the lower deck showing how much material you need to remove and where? I noticed several people said this was necessary to run the diffs in the low position. I'm sanding that part now so I want to get it done before I start assembly. Thanks!

As Eric F stated about .060..... Just make sure you do the same distance for top and bottom.

Man, don't you just hate when you miss your deliverys.

Horizon did a great job of getting the steering arms out to me quickly, then I go and miss the mail person....

Atleast I'll be rolling again by tomorrow. Too bad their predicting it'll be raining cats and dogs here!

When it does clear up, I'm planning on taking my car out for some setup running on a local tennis court. The tennis courts (even when dusty) seem to perfectly recreat the traction on an average asphalt parking lot.

So hopefully with the new steering arm and the proper servo horn, I'll be able to run my car more than once.<fingers crossed>

No its not....many places on the top deck you can not counter sink b/c of the locating pins. Also most people have found that counter sinking the top deck will lead to tweak issues.....go ask the PRO-4 users.....been there done that.

Here a shot of my chassis. Make note, the hole is no larger when viewed from the bottom. The angle I cut at starts at the rear of the hole and ends at the rear pivot mount screw hole. Easy!

I took my car apart for you. Remember that when I want naked pictures of your sister. Ok?

Hey Rick-How are you? I got some bad news for you from your pic-your switch will get shut off like that-trust me. Turn it 90 degrees or move it to the backside of the ESC behind the tire.

I have been able to find parts locally and at some on-line shops. Horizon shows most of the spare parts in stock so if a LHS does not have them they might be on order or just not to them yet.
